Hi, I'm Arikka.


At the heart of hospitality, I've always found my greatest passion: people. They are the soul of every business—creating, serving, building, and growing together. Like the essential ingredients in a cherished recipe, people nourish my being and drive my purpose.


With roots stretching from New York City to San Francisco, my 15-year journey has taken me from baker to sommelier to Michelin Star General Manager at Bar Crenn. Along the way, I discovered that true hospitality isn't just about service—it's about building meaningful relationships grounded in respect, compassion, and kindness.


This vision led me to form A-Frame Hospitality, where I help bring hospitality concepts to life while building cultures of compassion. Through Compassionate Leadership and Breath Work Training, I work with leaders and teams to create foundations where people and businesses thrive together. Because in hospitality, our greatest asset will always be our people.
